Trainer

With over 24 years of experience in teaching, training, and research, currently works with SIDF Academy designing and delivering customized training programs aligned with organizational needs and identified training gaps. Expertise includes Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Business Strategy. The trainer holds a PhD in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Gold Medalist, and Fellow member of the Institute. Earned an MBA in Finance and an MS in Accounting. Actively engaged in research, with numerous publications in reputable academic journals. Current research interests focus on training transfer and M&A integration.
