The course will cover the financial statement modelling principles, and best practices where participants will learn practical skills for building forecast models of financial statement in Excel starting with the analysis of historical data set. Models will be structured from the underlying assumptions and drivers and translated into a dynamic operating model that results in a fully integrated forecast of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. This model is fundamental and can be used in financial valuation models.

Trainer
With over 24 years of experience in teaching, training, and research, currently works with SIDF Academy designing and delivering customized training programs aligned with organizational needs and identified training gaps. Expertise includes Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Business Strategy. The trainer holds a PhD in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Gold Medalist, and Fellow member of the Institute. Earned an MBA in Finance and an MS in Accounting. Actively engaged in research, with numerous publications in reputable academic journals. Current research interests focus on training transfer and M&A integration.
