Overview
This program provides deep operational and strategic insights into managing, forecasting, and optimizing cash flows specifically within a manufacturing setup. Manufacturing concerns present unique cash flow dynamics, including heavy working capital cycles (raw materials, WIP, finished goods), massive capital expenditure (CapEx) for machinery, and complex supply chain payment terms.
Participants will learn how to build robust, driver-based cash flow forecasting models, optimize the cash conversion cycle (CCC), and manage liquidity risks under operational volatility. The course with dive into Cashflow Planning Process using operating budget and its supporting schedules and focus is to describe budgeting objectives, benefits, and procedures and how human behaviour influences budgeting.
